Mok - Puisi Kelantan - Sabri Yunus
Mok kita atau oghe kate ibu
Hanya se dan tak leh ganti baghu
Acap kali hak dia pese, kite tak berape suka
Kalu boleh Mok kate, jangang kate ape ikut hamba belake
Setiak jage kite sejak kite celik mata
Mok kite kate sokmo,
Buak lagu ni awe, jangang buak lagu tu awe
Toksoh gitu, tokso gini
Tok molek lagu tu, tok molek lagu ni
Sejak dulu sampa lah la ni
Merecek dia pese jangan malah baca buku
Jadi oghe pandai kesieh ayohmu
Cari makeh sepanjang hari hanya boleh tengok tu
Cukup untuk belajar mu
Dari muda sampe ke tuo Mok tanya sokmo sembaye dah ka ?
Hidup biar berkat jangan sesat dunia, papa akhirat
Tengah salin baju Mok tanye selalu
Nak gi mane ? mari mane ?
Adakala kite mengeluh panje, jawak ikut deh
Hok Mok ghoyak kade-kade kite pahe
Kade-kala bercecere
Mok kite se
Dia tak kenal cerdik pandai kite la ni
Dia Cuma kenal kite anak dia sokmo-sokmo
Hati Mak makin keras bila menua
Tebal kasih nya dirasa semasa dia telah tiada
We celebrated Mother's Day for my mum yesterday. Yes it was a little late, but our schedule was tight and all of us can only make it yesterday.
We went to Rice Table at Cuppage Terrace. Do you know how hard it was to get a table there ? I had to call all the outlet 2 days before to confirm a table. The food was good, it was All-You-Can-Eat ala-carte' Indonesian cuisine. For the first time I saw Qhairul stuffed to the brim.
Jazz gave a brief speech, thanking Mum for what she has given us, the unconditional love and the tireless effort that she puts in to help us in any which way she can.
It was a good evening, but too hot and too crowded Orchard Road. Not a good place to have a stroll to work the food off. So we all boarded the train home.

Our mission when we board the train was to find a seat for Nenek(Mum)... and we were being our usual selves, until Nenek got a seat.. and she said "Bising lah korang ni..." hehehe
Mak and Bapak stuffed with food
The children being themselves - Just look at Qhairul
