Have you ever had a day when you couldn't do or say the right thing, make a right decision, say no to the second helping, get a hit or catch a pass if your life depended on it... You just "didn't feel right" or you were "having a bad day."

Ex-friends and estranged family members who have been cut out of my life should refrain from reading my blog. If the relationship has ended, there is no reason you should get daily updates on my life. If you simply can’t help yourself, do it quietly, and never repeat what you read or use it to harm the author. Or to put it bluntly ‘Go get a life!’ Shame on you.
