Steam Boat Affair

Last Sunday, I was at my wits of what to cook. So I asked Eriq if he feels like Steam Boat-ing, and he said YES!. Went to the market, and ended up buying too many things. Live crabs, tulang, gong-gong. I've spent all day cooking tulang, chilli crabs, gong-gong masak serai and marinating the steam boat ingredients.

It was 5.30pm when Abang said that he's on duty and not coming home. I've made too much for the Steam Boat as I thought Abang is coming home, he could finish all, but with only 3 of us, we can't even finish half. By then, the other 2 were hungry, although they have eaten Tulang and Gong-gong earlier, they have some serious over working digestive system.

I've decided that we need more people to enjoy the food, so we packed the ingredients, the broth, eam boat pot, extension wires, and off to Jazz's.

We arrived just in time to wait for Mary to come home.

It was a fun night of food and laughter. Fresh breeze and warm company.

Salmon, Fishballs, Crabsticks, Quail eggs, chicken, beef, squids, prawns, shitake mushrooms, u-man, and leafy veg which I don't know what its called.
Chilli Crabs with loads of roe.

The Chef at Home
