I am so happy today. Why? I don't know. Just feel happy. But I guess there are reasons for everything.

Woke up fresh from a full night sleep, after the work out at the gym last evening. These past few weeks, I have been sleeping soundly, from the first minute I put my head on the pillow, till the next morning when the alarm went off. I can feel that when I sleep these days, my whole system just shut off. From my head to toe. Heaven! Funny, how I used to be a light sleeper, any slighest sound will wake me up in the middle of the night.

I guess because I am stress free. I am more focus on what I do, and what I want. The children are growing up fine, no major illnesses that requires hospitalisation, they give me no problem at all, and I pray to God that they will stay healthy all their lives. No worries about their whereabout. No worries about their academic achievements as they are doing very well in school. I am happy with my job! heaven yeah!

I have been religiously taking Royal Jelly for the past month, and I can seriously vouch for its health benefits. Ever since I take the RJ, I don't feel fatigue or laziness. I am more calm and not as stressful as before. It definitely increased my energy level, I am more active now then before.

And especially today... for some personal reason, I feel SO VERY HAPPY!
