Do you know how our mind works? Nobody knows how it works. But there are books and research being done to understand how human mind works.
I like to read self-improvement books, example EQ versus IQ, the famous You Okay, I'm Okay, Edward De Bono's books, How to be Rich and Successful, Understanding Your Subconscious mind, Creative Thinking, Mind Mapping and lots more, mostly self motivational books. One of the book the I've read, but never finished as always (hah!) was the Mind-Kinetic.
I was intrigued by how they did their research.
Kinetic, in my understanding, is movement, so says Webster. So, Mind-Kinetic means the movement of your mind, in simplicity. The ability to move your thoughts, and putting your mind into motions. I for one, feel that if you are able to shift your mind from negative thoughts to positive, that in turn will change your behaviour, your habits and probably your character too. Everyone knows that your mind is a very powerful tool. But sometimes, the ability to control your mind is simply disasterous for some.
Lets make this simple : let say you have a problem, and you can only see one way to solve it, and none other - your mind is not kinetic.
People with Kinetic minds will always have several solutions to one problem. They always have A, B and C. They can solve problems much easier and faster with solutions in hand. They are not stress out too easily. The ability to switch easily between left and right hemispheres for quick and easy solutions to challenges and goals. The ability to change the negative into positive anytime they want, will make them happier. In the end, all negative problems turn positive, and to them nothing is impossible. And they will achieve anything and success.
So, if all of us have Kinetic Mind, this world will be a better place to live, no?
Next I will write about Visionary and Analytical Mind.
If we are able to move between left brain and right brain in order to stimulate a physiological shift. With emotions and fears released, potential energy can now turn into kinetic energy. (Source - Mind Kinetic).
