10 Muharram 1429H

Last weekend we had our annual event of Asyurah. It was a very meaningful event as usual. A full three days of fun and laughter with the family and friends. We checked into Changi Cottage on Thursday and had Bone Steak for dinner. What a feast it was. Some of the bros went fishing, and some went missing.

Friday came after a night of loud snores and gassy stomach. We had a scrumptous lunch no less. Assam pedas ikan pari, sambal sotong kering, lemak pucuk ubi and tenggiri goreng. That was the best meal that I had since the past few weeks.

After solat maghrib and isya' and the usual ibadah Asyurah, we adjourned to our BBQ feast and games. We had chicken wings, hotdogs, prawns, cuttlefish, sea bass, bubur asyurah, satay, It was a fun night, fun to see the bros making fun of each other.

We checked out on Saturday, and I spent the rest of the afternoon catching up with my sleep in between watching Heroes marathon on Star World.
