Mr Fatah's First Pay Check's Treat

Last evening, as promised, we were treated with a hearty dinner at Restoran Makanan Laut Chai Chee. The initial plan was to have it at Sakura, but since majority voted for seafood, we ended up at Changi Road instead. I've made a blunder... as I was entrusted to do the booking, I've made a reservation at Restaurant Kampong Chai Chee instead. How would I know its two different restaurants all together... anywho.... Luckily, pengantin arrived before any of us, after their photo-shoot, and confirmed the actual location of the restaurant. After much back and forth phone calls, pengantin managed to secure 2 big tables for our party. Thanks Zizi.

The Knights of the Round Table. Ready for the Battle Field

The selections of Cold Dish. This is Atok's choice.

Sharks' fin soup. After the big bowl of fins, I am certain that there are at least 4 sharks swimming in the ocean without their fins.
This is Jazz's choice.

My starfruit juice on the left, Mariam's green apple juice on the right.
Before the food arrive, I am left with half-filled glass.

Bee Hoon all the way from Hong Kong

Sweet and Sour Garoupa. The groom got the head.

Hands everywhere. The Bride busy scooping rice for everyone. In the end, her sister left with none. Poor Adik.

The menu goes on and on and on.
Mussels with spicy sauce, sweet & sour garoupa, sharks' fin soup, cereal prawn, bee hoon hong kong, yuo char kuay, chilli crabs which I failed to take photo of, as I was in 'trance' as Jazz said.

Kailan with Chinese Mushrooms

Cereal Prawn - A seriously serial killer

Notice my jacket came off ? All muscled up for war. Are those muscles or fat? Go figure!

The Pay Master - Mr Fatah

A satisfactory bunch after a hearty meal of S$480.00.
After dinner, there were suprised gifts from Mr Fatah for everyone. Green packets with hefty sum inside !!!
Thank you, thank you Bhai Fatah!
