A friend of mine from Texas came into town last week. Keith is a good friend of mine. I met him when I was working with Eastman Chemical nine years ago. The Fire Chief does not only looks after the fire safety of Longview plant, but the plants of all over the world. So in this line of work, he has to travel, and visit Singapore once in 2 to 3 years.
Every time he is in town, he never fails to visit me, even in his busiest schedule.
I introduced him to Jazz on his latest visit, and they soon became the best of friends. Keith has invited us to visit him and stay at his retreat with his own man made lake. But he said that although he is from Texas and Texan is known to be cowboy... he doesn’t own a cow. Jazz and I couldn’t stop laughing, because there was a personal joke about 'cow' that we shared between us.
I guess we will have to make that trip to Longview soon...
