Ex-friends and estranged family members who have been cut out of my life should refrain from reading my blog. If the relationship has ended, there is no reason you should get daily updates on my life. If you simply can’t help yourself, do it quietly, and never repeat what you read or use it to harm the author. Or to put it bluntly ‘Go get a life!’ Shame on you.

If you do not have reasonable means of contacting an attorney-at-law, lawyer, civil law notary, barrister, solicitor, medical professional, coroner or any other professional in the area of your inquiry, meaning you are an orphaned, outcast, computer-illiterate social hazard, please exit this window and get your life in order.
